Transparancy on discoloration of mushrooms

In mushroom growing one is sometimes confronted with off white mushrooms or even a brownish discoloration. This can occur during growing or as a post harvest problem. There are several types and appearances of this "browning" and the causes can be very different. This means that also the cure is different. To make sure what we are talking about and what the precise damage ( money wise) is AdVisie has made a report on the different forms of "browning". For each type a description is made and the cause is mentioned.
